Ian McAllister is a conservationist, filmmaker, photographer and writer who has spent the last 30 years working to protect B.C.’s coastal wilderness and wildlife. Ian has written ten books on the Pacific coast and is currently directing a large screen IMAX film on the Great Bear Rainforest. A co-founder and the Executive Director of the non-profit Pacific Wild he is a Fellow of the Royal Canadian Geographic Society and the International League of Conservation Photographers.
